Where does Happimess ship?
Our warehouse in in XXX. We currently ship within the continental USA, and are working to expand into new countries soon!
When will my order ship and how long will it take?
Orders will be processed and shipped next business day by USPS. Ship time takes 2 - 8 business days, depending on where you are in the USA.

What if I want to exchange or return my product?
If you don’t love your purchase, we want to hear about it! Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your product, and we would be happy to discuss a credit, refund or reshipment.
How do I cancel my order?
Email email@example.com as soon as possible - if your order hasn’t been processed, we are happy to cancel. Once orders are processed, we aren’t able to cancel.
Is Happimess product okay for sensitive skin?
Yes! We’ve formulated the product to be gentle enough for sensitive skin, free of common irritants and synthetic fragrances.
Is Happimess Vegan?
Yes! We do not use any animal derived ingredients.
Is Happimess Cruelty Free?
Yes! We all of our products are cruelty free.
Are Happimess products clean?
Yes! Happimess products are free of alcohol, mineral oil, parabens, artificial colors and artificial fragrances.
How do the refills works?
Never run our of fresh clean cleansing balm by signing up for our refill subscription. You choose how often they come (every 30, 60 or 90 days) and we ship accordingly.
To replace your current Cup with a new one, push the tab on the rim of the cup to pop out empty cup and replace it with your full one.
Can I recycle my empty cups?
Yes! Rinse your empty cup and put it in your household plastic recycling.
